Qualification Information

Please check how the bank qualifies to be a Minority Depositor Institution or Women's Depository Institution:

Ownership must be by U.S. citizens or permanent legal U.S. residents to be counted in determining minority ownership.

51 percent or more of the voting stock is owned by minority individuals. A majority of the board of directors are minority and the community that the institution serves is predominantly minority. Women’s Depository Institution: (A) more than 50 percent of the ownership or control of which is held by one or more women; (B) more than 50 percent of the net profit or loss of which accrues to one or more women; and (C) a significant percentage of senior management positions are held by women.
